I suppose the main thing it does is emphasise my analysis technique rather than letting people's words speak directly. I think it adds something - maybe it clarifies, but it also takes something away. It seems too mechanistic. It doesn't give a flavour of the positive tone of many of the replies. It's less personal, moving closer to quantitative approach. I toyed with making a pie chart and that emphasised this de-personalisation even further.
I'm not comfortable with handling the impact data in this way.
